Did not received the ordered product

I ordered Automatic Dosa Maker by EvoChef in 02 May 2025 and never get it until now 16 of May 2025. So what to review ? The fact that nobody care that i have payed for something and never received the product ?

Unfortunately, your order was part of a small batch of international parcels that were lost by our courier partner, UPS. While this was outside of our control, we absolutely take responsibility for ensuring our customers receive their products.
